What cookies and similar technologies are
Cookies are small data files stored on or read from a browser or device. Similar technologies include local storage, pixels, tags, scripts and device identifiers. This Policy applies where those technologies store information on, or access information from, your device.
Dent Solution is operated by Vojtech Gazi, with a business address at 46 Greyfriars Road, Exeter, EX4 7BS, United Kingdom. Questions about this Policy may be sent to gazivojtech@inbox.eu. Personal-data processing is explained in our Privacy Policy.
Current website configuration
The current Dent Solution application does not intentionally set analytics cookies, advertising cookies, tracking pixels or embedded video/social-media trackers. It does not use an application-level cookie to remember preferences because there are currently no optional cookie categories to accept.
| Technology | Provider / domain | Purpose | Category | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Application cookies | Dent Solution website | None intentionally set in the current build | None | Not applicable |
| Access, session or security technologies, where the hosting mode requires them | Website hosting and access-control infrastructure | Authenticate an authorised visitor, maintain the requested session and protect the service | Strictly necessary | Session or the security period configured by the hosting provider |
| External checkout technologies | The external checkout domain you choose to visit | Order, payment and fraud-prevention functions | Governed by that provider on its domain | Shown by that provider |
Hosting and checkout cookie names, providers and exact lifetimes must be confirmed with a clean-browser scan after the final public hosting and checkout configuration is active. This table must then be updated with the exact results.
Technologies that do not require consent
Consent is not required for a technology that is used solely to transmit a communication or is strictly necessary to provide a function you explicitly request, such as access control, security, checkout, session management or recording a privacy choice. These technologies must not be repurposed for analytics or advertising.
UK PECR, as amended by the Data (Use and Access) Act 2025, also contains limited exceptions for specified statistical and appearance/functionality purposes. Dent Solution is not currently relying on those exceptions. If it does, the technology will be used only within the statutory conditions, explained clearly and accompanied by a simple and free way to object.
Optional analytics and marketing technologies
If analytics, preference, advertising or other non-exempt technologies are added later, they will remain disabled until you consent. The first layer of the consent interface will make accepting and rejecting equally easy, no optional category will be preselected, and access to basic website content or a purchased product will not depend on optional consent.
A permanent Cookie settings control will be added at the same time so you can change or withdraw a choice as easily as you gave it. The Policy and technology table will also be updated before any optional technology loads.
Contact form and external service websites
The contact form does not load a FormSubmit script, iframe or cookie in your browser. Only after you press Send does our website endpoint transmit the information you entered to FormSubmit for delivery to our Inbox.eu mailbox. This processing is described in our Privacy Policy.
A separate checkout, payment, scheduling or course-delivery website may use its own necessary or consent-based technologies after you choose to open it. Review that service’s cookie choices before continuing.
Your choices
Because the current website has no optional cookie categories, it does not display a consent banner or preference centre. You can use browser controls to inspect, block or delete cookies. Blocking a strictly necessary session or security technology may prevent the requested protected function from working.
If you believe an optional technology has loaded without your choice, email us with the page, approximate time, browser and—if possible—the cookie or storage name so it can be investigated.
Updates, questions and complaints
We will update this Policy when a provider, purpose, technology or retention period changes. Questions may be sent to gazivojtech@inbox.eu.
The Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) enforces UK PECR and UK data-protection law. You can use the ICO cookie complaint information. Where EU rules also apply, you may complain to the competent EEA authority. Data-protection complaints are described in the Privacy Policy.
Legal framework
This policy is designed around the following official legal and regulatory materials. Mandatory consumer rights always prevail.
